Terms of Service
Last updated: June 12, 2026
These are the terms for using ExportDocsHub, a service operated by Darza Technologies, LLC, a Wyoming, USA company. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. We've kept them short and in plain English on purpose.
What the service is
ExportDocsHub is software that generates export documents (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and bill of lading) from a shipment record you enter, suggests harmonized system (HS) codes based on product descriptions, and tracks the status of each document. You pay a monthly subscription after a 14-day free trial. You can cancel anytime, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you've paid for.
Not customs or legal advice
This one matters, so it gets its own section. ExportDocsHub is a documentation tool, not a customs broker, freight forwarder, attorney, or trade compliance advisor. HS code suggestions are exactly that: suggestions generated from product descriptions. The legal responsibility for correct classification, valuation, licensing, sanctions screening, and every declaration you make to a customs authority stays with you and your licensed broker. If a shipment is delayed, seized, or penalized because of the contents of a document, that responsibility is yours. Verify your documents before you file them.
Acceptable use
Don't use ExportDocsHub to:
- document or facilitate shipments that violate export controls, sanctions, or any applicable law;
- create documents that are intentionally false or misleading;
- probe, disrupt, or overload the service, or access another customer's data;
- resell or sublicense access without our written agreement.
If you do any of these, we can suspend or terminate your account. We'll tell you why.
Your data
The shipment data you enter belongs to you. We use it only to run the service for you, as described in our privacy policy. You can export it and you can ask us to delete it.
No warranty
The service is provided as is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for your specific purpose. The service is currently in pilot, and you should expect occasional rough edges. We fix things fast and we communicate honestly, but those are practices, not warranties.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Darza Technologies, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, demurrage, storage, re-filing fees, customs penalties, or lost business, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some of this is standard legal language; the plain-English version is that a $79/mo tool cannot insure a $50,000 container, and pricing it as if it could would make it unaffordable for everyone.
Changes to the service or these terms
We add and occasionally change features. If we change these terms in a way that meaningfully affects your rights, we'll email account holders before the change takes effect. If we ever discontinue the service, we'll give you at least 60 days notice and a way to export your data.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Questions about them go to [email protected], and a founder will answer.
