Privacy Policy

ExportDocsHub is operated by Darza Technologies, LLC, a Wyoming, USA company. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it. We've tried to write it the way we'd want to read it: short and in plain English.
What we collect
- Account information. Your name, email address, and company name when you create an account. We need these to sign you in and to talk to you.
- Shipment data you enter. Shipper and consignee details, product descriptions, HS codes, quantities, weights, values, and document statuses. This is the core of the product. We store it so we can generate your documents and show you your shipment history. It is your business data, and we treat it that way.
- Usage analytics on public pages. On our public marketing and content pages (not the signed-in app) we use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Ahrefs Web Analytics to understand page views and how people navigate the site. These tools run only on public pages and are disabled on the app, sign-in, and sign-up routes, so they do not record your shipment data or account activity. Clarity masks form input by default.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
- We don't show your shipment data to other customers, ever.
- We don't use your shipment data to train AI models or build datasets.
- We don't send marketing email you didn't ask for.
Where your data lives
ExportDocsHub is currently in pilot and runs locally with our pilot customers, so no third party processes your data today. When the hosted product launches, we plan to use the subprocessors below. We will keep this table current and update it before any new subprocessor handles customer data.

How long we keep it
We keep your account and shipment data for as long as you have an account. If you cancel, you can export your data first, and you can ask us to delete everything by emailing us. We'll confirm when it's done.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, export it, or delete it. Email [email protected] and a founder will handle it personally.
Changes and jurisdiction
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll email account holders before the change takes effect. This policy and any dispute arising from it are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
