ExportDocsHub is the product I'm building for small importers and exporters: enter a shipment once, generate the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and bill of lading, and track each one to cleared.

I write the field notes on the blog. I'm not a customs broker and I don't pretend to be one. What you'll find here are notes from building a documentation tool with real small-exporter customers in the loop: what the documents require, where the errors actually happen, and what we learned getting shipments through. When a broker or a customer tells me I got something wrong, I update the product and the post.
